Lead Financial Strategist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to drive business growth and ensure fiscal responsibility.

  • Develop and implement financial plans: analyze data to inform business decisions, drive strategic growth, and maintain fiscal control.
  • Support senior leaders: collaborate with the CEO/CFO on special projects, preparing financial models and investor decks to drive business success.
  • Manage financial operations: prepare budgets and financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
  • Cash flow management: plan for funding requirements, maintain adequate liquidity, and optimize working capital.
  • Establish financial controls: ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, driving a culture of accountability and integrity.
  • Accounting and auditing: oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities, including consolidating group accounts and liaising with auditors.
  • Tax planning and compliance: review GST and corporate tax computation, providing tax planning advice where necessary.
  • Compliance and governance: work closely with the corporate secretary to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Operational support: assist in operational accounting, budgeting, and compliance issues, ensuring seamless business operations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, and corporate finance.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero) and financial reporting tools. A strong track record of driving business growth, improving financial processes, and developing high-performing teams is essential for this role.
