Global Export Coordinator

This Logistics Coordinator position offers a unique opportunity to join our organization and play a key role in the success of our export operations.
- As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments with external parties, preparing shipping documents, and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- You will also arrange GST supporting documents and submit them to the accounting department, as well as verify service provider bills.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of International Trade practices and Incoterms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a pleasant and cheerful demeanor.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate exports and shipping operations to global markets.
- Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments.
