The role of an Instrument Engineer is pivotal in the management of laboratory instruments. Key responsibilities include selecting and purchasing, installing and commissioning, validating and calibrating, maintaining, and repairing these instruments.

This role involves drafting procedures and technical documents related to instruments, participating in process optimization, ensuring implementation, conducting events, investigating deviations related to instrument management, initiating changes, and tracking CAPA execution.

This position requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in English and Chinese, fluency in spoken English and Chinese, experience with GMP regulations, pharmaceutical production, testing, and quality management.

Key responsibilities also include handling on-site issues, communicating effectively, and working under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of work experience in instrument management, preferably with GMP experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy or Chemistry related major, bachelor's degree or above">
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical production, testing, and quality management; familiarity with GMP regulations">
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders from China and overseas">
  • Good computer skills">
  • Over 3 years of work experience in the management of analytical instruments; candidates with GMP instrument management experience will be given priority">
