Dedicated Patient Care Specialist

Our organization seeks a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to provide exceptional patient care and support in our healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in healthcare and patient care. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible shift hours, including weekends and public holidays. Relevant healthcare-related qualifications or experience is advantageous but not necessary.
The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for providing frontline service to patients, answering phone calls and enquiries, and performing front desk duties. This will include registering patients, triaging, packing, and dispensing medications. The successful candidate will also assist doctors in performing their duties with patients and maintain stock levels.
