Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
- Patient Care:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Evaluate and report any unusual findings or concerns related to patient health or safety.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as delegated by licensed nursing staff.
- Maintenance/Technical:
- Perform routine cleaning and disinfection of equipment, supplies, and facilities to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Prepare for dialysis treatments and document information accurately.
- Clerical/Administrative:
- Enter treatment data into electronic medical records system accurately and timely.
- Review treatment sheets for completeness and ensure nursing signatures.
