About the Role:

Bitdeer is seeking an experienced High Performance Computing Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management of our AI cloud computing platform and infrastructure.

You will build, maintain, and continuously optimize automated operation and maintenance systems to improve operational efficiency. This includes configuring, deploying, and managing servers, storage, network, and security devices, as well as participating in the launch, debugging, and performance optimization of new products and features.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in Linux/Unix operating systems and experience with automation tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, Chef, or Puppet. Containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes are also highly desirable. You should have a solid understanding of network, storage, and security management, as well as experience with virtualization platforms.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have strong problem analysis and resolution skills, with the ability to efficiently handle various emergency failures. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as a willingness to continuously learn and innovate in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily operation and maintenance management of AI cloud computing platform and infrastructure
  • Building, maintaining, and optimizing automated operation and maintenance systems
  • Configuring, deploying, and managing servers, storage, network, and security devices
  • Participating in the launch, debugging, and performance optimization of new products and features
  • Establishing comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and log management systems
  • Maintaining detailed operation and maintenance documentation, SOPs, and technical manuals
  • Providing technical support and training to the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Over 3 years of experience in enterprise-level system operations, cloud platform management, or related fields
  • Proficient in Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Experience with automation tools (Ansible, SaltStack, Chef, or Puppet)
  • Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Network, storage, and security management
  • Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
