We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Computing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge data systems for large-scale recommendation systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and software engineering, with expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++, Scala, and Python. You will also have a deep understanding of streaming computing systems, including experience with Flink, Hudi, Iceberg, and DeltaLake.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and develop innovative software solutions. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting production system failures, designing and implementing necessary mechanisms and tools to ensure overall stability of the production systems.

As a High-Performance Computing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing industryleading streaming computing frameworks to creating flexible, scalable, stable, and high-performance storage systems and computing models.

  • Proficient in programming languages like Java, C++, Scala, Python
  • Strong coding and troubleshooting skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of streaming computing systems, with formal production experience in developing TB-level Flink real-time computing systems
  • Experience in data lake development is preferred
  • Familiar with at least one data lake technology such as Hudi, Iceberg, DeltaLake
  • Willingsness to tackle problems without clear answers, with a strong passion for learning new technologies
