Healthcare Operations Director

This leadership role oversees day-to-day healthcare facility operations.

  • An ideal candidate will have experience in team management and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with doctors, nurses, and other staff members. They must also be able to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to dynamic situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Clinic Executives and Clinic Assistants to ensure efficient and proper operations at the facility.
  • Manage rosters for the team including doctors and oversee their schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling patient registration, queue management, dispensing of medications, invoicing, and collection of payments.
  • Support doctors during in-clinic procedures and act as chaperones when required.
  • Perform clinical procedures such as simple dressing, ECG, and nebuliser treatments.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners.
  • Manage medication, consumables, and equipment by replenishing stocks, conducting stock takes, and maintaining general housekeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH and PHMC guidelines.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operating a GP clinic.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Able to commit to nights and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and fluid situations and environment.
  • Familiarity with claims and/or usage of Plato CMS is an advantage.
