Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Healthcare Services Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare services, ensuring that high standards of care are delivered to residents and their families.

This includes coordinating teamwork in total resident care, identifying needs for improvement in service delivery and standard of care, and developing and supporting team building among care staff.

The Director will also be responsible for evaluating and maintaining standards of service by conducting regular meetings, team discussions, clinical training, and guidance.

In addition, the Director will interpret policies, procedures, objectives, and standards to motivate staff to perform at their optimal level.
