Job Title: Healthcare Service Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our healthcare services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for service delivery, focusing on quality patient care and staff development.
  • Liaise with medical professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans, outcomes, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with management teams to optimize clinic operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and billing systems to maintain financial stability and efficiency.
  • Enhance the overall patient experience by continuously evaluating and improving service delivery processes.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to ensure they meet the required standards and skills.
  • Manage internal and external communications, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
