Job Description:

As an Electrical Services Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the electrical infrastructure of public and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include carrying out feasibility, conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design for electrical services. You will also be responsible for designing layouts of M&E plantrooms, single-line drawings, M&E services routings, M&E services points, and fixtures.


You will work closely with local authorities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will prepare tender specifications, review tender drawings, perform contract administration work, manage project progress, identify non-confirmations of contractor's work at site, manage testing and commissioning of M&E systems, and attend/chair technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore)
  • At least 5 years of experience in carrying out designs of electrical services, project management, and supervision
  • Conversant with Codes of Practice and regulations related to building services
