Identity Operations Specialist

Serve as the go-to expert for clients and customers in need of technical assistance with Saviynt software products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of access management, identity governance, and compliance solutions.

The successful candidate will have the ability to diagnose complex technical problems and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality.

  • Respond to support requests from clients and customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing system).
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems related to Saviynt's software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues that require deeper technical analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
