We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SAP S/4Hana implementation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our SAP ERP system, processes, and master data. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee SAP ERP system, processes, and master data implementation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage change requests and provide training post-implementation.
- Continuously improve and upgrade SAP FICO system and processes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong accounting and finance background, with more than 5 years of experience in managing SAP FICO projects and driving continuous process improvement projects in finance. Candidates with prior finance operations experience coupled with SAP FICO project management skills will be ideal. You should also have strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, along with influencing skills to work with senior management teams and operational stakeholders.
