This role presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and deliver high-quality patient care in a challenging environment. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing expert occupational therapy services to patients and guiding their caregivers through condition and care management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive occupational therapy plans that maximize patient recovery outcomes.
- Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists, fostering their professional growth and optimizing workload distribution.
- Maintain seamless delivery of care through close collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Diploma* in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor/Master in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist with 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Full registration with the relevant healthcare authority.
- Able to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
