Pediatric Therapy Services Leader

Seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to lead our pediatric therapy services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children with special needs, providing personalized therapy plans and interventions.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (APHC). You will also have at least one year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a similar field.
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments to understand the unique needs of children with special needs.
- Develop personalized individual or group therapy plans.
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions tailored to support the developmental goals of special needs children.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care for special needs children.
- Guide and mentor colleagues through clinical supervision and shared case discussions.
- Support staff training, continuing education, and participate in research and development efforts to promote integrated, child-centered care.
- Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (APHC).
- At least one year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
The position is available for 2-5 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 6pm.
