Construction and Maintenance Specialist

Join our dynamic team of professionals as a Construction and Maintenance Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in rough framing, finish carpentry, and construction-related tasks. They should also be proficient in reading and interpreting design drawings, specifications, and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance or construction work, or any combination thereof, under the supervision of a qualified leader.
  • Rough framing and finish carpentry using a variety of materials and tools.
  • Track material usage and update departmental inventory records.
  • Coordinate materials and support from other departments.

As a Construction and Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing physical activities including heavy lifting, climbing in and out of equipment, crawling, and working outdoors in extreme cold weather conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum four years of documented experience in most phases of the carpentry trade, including rough framing and finish carpentry.
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings, specifications, and diagrams.
  • Proficient in computer-based labor, inventory, and maintenance tracking applications.
