Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical General installations, low voltage and Extra low voltage installations are well-maintained and serviced at on-going construction work sites.
This includes carrying out maintenance work on the General Electrical installations & systems, troubleshooting and rectification work for the components and equipment in the electrical power system, and routine functional tests on standby generators. You will also lead a maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections and tests on the electrical power circuits and equipment of the ELV system.
• Carry out maintenance work on the General Electrical installations & systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify issues with the electrical power system.
• Conduct routine functional tests on standby generators.
• Lead a maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Plan, schedule, and implement projects related to the electrical network at Construction sites.
• Update maintenance and servicing records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- • Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of construction practices
• Effective manpower planning and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety analysis
• Ability to plan and coordinate projects
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license
