Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Are you a skilled electrician with experience in maintenance and electrical construction? Do you have a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot faults? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual who can take on various tasks related to electrical maintenance, including preparation of work lists, material requirements, and tool allocation. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize work efficiently, conduct inspections before and after each task, and communicate effectively with clients. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for updating work records, ensuring timely completion of electrical work activities, and troubleshooting electrical faults.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NITEC or equivalent qualification in a relevant FM discipline with at least 3 years of experience in maintenance and electrical construction.
- Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Certificate Grade 7.
- Registered Licensed Electrical Worker (Grade 7) with the Singapore Energy Market Authority.
- Able to work in a PUB setting.
