Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audio Systems Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the planning, setup, and operation of audio systems for live events, rehearsals, and installations.

You will work closely with sales and project managers to ensure seamless execution of projects from proposal to delivery. Your expertise in audio engineering, electrical engineering, or technical theater will be invaluable in setting up, configuring, and testing complex audio systems.

In this role, you will also provide on-site technical support during installations and performances, diagnose and repair faults in audio systems, perform routine maintenance and updates, and maintain detailed records of system configurations and equipment inventories.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical Theater, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience with professional audio and stage lighting systems.
  • Proficiency with analog and digital audio consoles (e.g., Yamaha, Allen & Heath, Soundcraft).
  • Familiarity with lighting control systems (e.g., MA Lighting, ETC, Avolites).
  • Understanding of signal flow, gain structure, and system calibration.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols for AV systems (Dante, Art-Net, DMX, etc.).
