Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading a team of specialists to deliver high-quality audio and lighting solutions for various events and productions. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and other stakeholders during proposal and planning stages
• Setup, configure, and test audio and lighting systems including mixers, speakers, amplifiers, microphones, lighting consoles, DMX-controlled fixtures, and more
• Ensure all systems are compliant with safety and industry standards
• Operate audio and lighting systems during events, rehearsals, and live productions
• Provide on-site technical support during installations and performances
• Diagnose and repair faults in audio/lighting systems
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to hardware and software components
• Maintain detailed records of system configurations and equipment inventories
• Train end-users and venue staff on the use of installed systems

Requirements:
• Possess at least a Diploma in Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical Theater, or related field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience with professional audio and stage lighting systems
• Proficiency with analog and digital audio consoles (e.g., Yamaha, Allen & Heath, Soundcraft)
• Familiarity with lighting control systems (e.g., MA Lighting, ETC, Avolites)
• Understanding of signal flow, gain structure, and system calibration
• Knowledge of networking protocols for AV systems (Dante, Art-Net, DMX, etc.)
