Record Management Coordinator
Job Description:The Record Management Coordinator will be responsible for the development of an inventory list of physical items to facilitate stocktake and appraisal. This includes facilitating the return of physical files on long term loan, conducting records appraisals with owners, and accessioning selected items into our holdings.
Key responsibilities include collection management, contributing to information discovery, and working arrangements. The successful candidate will have experience in administrative work, data entry, and customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to apply simple excel formulas is a bonus
This role offers a competitive salary package, including EA License No. and Reg. No. The ideal candidate will be motivated and organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Working Arrangement:Location: Jurong
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)
Mon-Thur: 8.5 hours
Fri: 8 hours
(1 hour lunch time)
