Job Title: Senior Product Design Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Product Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, product design, and solid mechanics. They will be responsible for designing and developing new products, ensuring compliance with airworthiness requirements, and working closely with the R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new products that meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure that products meet airworthiness requirements.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to design, prepare, and conduct tests.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines.
  • Carry out fundamental engineering calculations, such as mechanics and thermal properties.
  • Liaise with aircraft manufacturers and airlines for product certifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in mechanical and product design.
  • Knowledge of product design, solid mechanics, and material science.
  • Familiarity with FAA or EASA design data approval procedures and airworthiness regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
