Senior Fitness Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Fitness Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our fitness department, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering personalized fitness programs for seniors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand the health and fitness goals, limitations, and preferences of senior members.
  • Design and implement tailored fitness programs incorporating strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility, and balance training.
  • Lead group fitness classes specifically designed for seniors, incorporating various exercises and activities aimed at improving strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall functional fitness.
  • Provide hands-on instruction, guidance, and supervision during individual and group fitness sessions, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety at all times.
  • Educate senior members on the importance of regular exercise, proper nutrition, hydration, and rest for maintaining physical health, mental well-being, and independent living.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience with the public, preferably with the elderly.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Possess a passionate disposition to interact and care for seniors.
