About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified fitness professional to join our team as a Fitness Specialist.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized one-on-one fitness sessions to our clients in the comfort of their homes or preferred locations.
This role demands high levels of expertise in fitness training and skills to cater to the unique needs and preferences of our clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, limitations, and preferences.
- Design and implement customized workout plans that align with clients' fitness objectives and lifestyles.
- Deliver and support personal training sessions at clients' preferred locations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments to continually enhance service offerings.
- Participate in regular trainer meetings and trainings.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a recognized Personal Training certification and preferably have 1 year of experience as a Trainer. Additionally, you should be skilled in training techniques to accommodate clients with varying fitness levels and goals.
