Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and development of our AI/Generative AI business in Global Operations. As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying key use cases for AI/GenAI solutions that bring high value to growth and efficiency.

  • You will develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for GenAI growth with the BI Center of Excellence under the Digital Solution organization.
  • Structuring methodologies and best practices for exploring digital tools, platforms, and technologies is also an essential aspect of this role.
  • As a leader, you will foster a culture of creativity, encouraging new ideas to flourish, and implement innovative concepts, ensuring effective execution and integration into the organization when valuable, ROI-positive, and adaptable.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial in generating and implementing innovative ideas, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and external partners, including IT & Global Operations organizations.
  • Market research and industry benchmarking will also be required to stay ahead of trends.
