Job Opportunity

A leading global sustainability consultancy company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Environmental Consultant to manage and perform environmental & sustainability projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead project teams and provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve performance targets.
  • Coach/mentor junior staff members.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their environmental and sustainability goals, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service delivery and value-added offerings.
  • Identify new project opportunities and prepare and submit proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and standards pertaining to environmental and sustainability practices in Singapore and other countries in Asia.
  • Advise clients on regulatory requirements and best practices to promote a culture of environmental stewardship and sustainability.


Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A recognized degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  2. Proven track record of at least five years in the environmental consultancy or related industry experience.
  3. Experience in leading and/or performing environmental projects, including environmental compliance audits, environmental due diligence, environmental impact assessments, pollution control studies, environmental site assessments, contaminated site remediation, environmental management & monitoring planning, greenhouse gas emissions reporting, and zero waste to landfill transition initiatives.
  4. Excellent written, verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Project management skills and professional membership relevant to environmental and sustainability would be an advantage.
