Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the risk and controls monitoring of CSO processes and sustainable finance products, with a focus on ensuring controls for Sustainable Finance products and processes are robust - including the qualitative and quantitative assessment of the controls.
  • Support the development and monitoring of sustainable finance products, with a particular focus on governance and controls.
  • Assist in ensuring that all new products have robust risk controls built around them.
  • Ensure that KPI linked transactions have adequate and impactful KPIs and SPTs.
  • Provide up-to-date monitoring, testing outcomes, and recommendations to key risk forums.

Key Stakeholders include the Head of Strategic Initiatives, Head of Sustainable Finance Solutions, ED, Sustainable Finance Governance, Head of ESRM, Head of Sustainable Finance, CIB COO, ESG and Reputational Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operational Risk, Credit Risk.
