We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented individual to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily front office operations, maintaining high standards of service, and providing personalized experiences for our guests. You will also be expected to perform check-in/check-out procedures accurately using the property management system, collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and monitor room availability, occupancy, and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have minimum supervisory-level experience in hotel rooms division, strong guest service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A service-oriented, energetic, friendly, and self-motivated personality is essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front office operations and maintain high standards of service.
- Welcome guests warmly, provide personalized service, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform check-in/check-out procedures accurately using the property management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and revenue, coordinating with housekeeping and revenue teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum supervisory-level experience in hotel rooms division.
- Strong guest service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented, energetic, friendly, and self-motivated personality.
- Well-presented and groomed at all times.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
