Job Summary
As a Senior Risk and Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the implementation of policies, standards, and regional operational handbooks to ensure effective governance. You will engage with stakeholders to create sustainable solutions that incorporate adequate controls, conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk considerations into business decisions.

Key Accountabilities:
- Establish and oversee the applications of the bank's policies, standards, and regional operational handbook and governance.
- Engage with stakeholders to create sustainable solutions implementing adequate controls.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the customer center.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk considerations are integrated into business decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Risk Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
