Fashion Retail Assistant Job Summary

Are you enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the planet while fostering meaningful connections with people? We're seeking a dynamic and creative Fashion Retail Assistant to join our team. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating engaging content, and supporting our mission to make fashion circular and sustainable.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience – Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, exceeding their expectations through personalized interactions.
  • Content Creation – Collaborate with our marketing team to develop compelling visual content that showcases our preloved fashion offerings.
  • Store Operations – Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that reflects our brand values.
  • Visual Merchandising – Curate visually appealing displays that bring our products to life and drive sales.
  • Point of Sale – Efficiently operate our POS system to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer service.

 

Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for fashion, sustainability, and people.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, think creatively, and possess attention to detail.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays (with flexible scheduling).

 

What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate ($12/hour) and 1.5x pay on public holidays.
  • Flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 7-10 days per month.
