We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our support staff.

  • We require a highly organized and methodical individual who can efficiently configure, install, and support our product suite as needed.
  • Candidates should have excellent collaboration skills and be able to work closely with customers to exceed service expectations.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming support calls and providing timely responses, ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • A successful Technical Support Specialist will deliver end-user training, quality assurance, and testing, staying up-to-date with the latest training standards.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive in learning about new releases and collaborating with subject matter experts to implement enhancements.
  • Liaising with the development team to develop solutions for customers is an essential aspect of this role.
  • In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can provide pre-sales support to regional business partners.
  • Possible travel to the Asia Pacific region may be required.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
