We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping Executive to join our team at Achieve Career Consultant PTE LTD. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from our suppliers to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process all shipping documents, including Letters of Credit and other relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations and international trade laws.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time.
  • Resolve any shipping-related issues or delays in a timely manner.
  • Continuously improve shipping processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to shipping and logistics.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in food service or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Possess Tradenet Certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using shipping software and tools.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with shipping terms, documentation, and L/C preparation and negotiation.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and in ERP systems (experience with SAP will be an added advantage).
