Research Scientist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to contribute to our team at the Singapore Institute of Technology. As a Research Scientist, you will be involved in research and development in the area of single-cell analysis technology.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with clinical partners on the testing and validation of novel technologies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop novel single cell technologies for biomedical applications
  • Collaborate with clinical partners on technology testing and validation
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff members and students
  • Prepare research manuscripts, presentations, and grant proposals
  • Participate in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • A PhD degree in biomedical engineering or a relevant engineering discipline from a reputable university
  • Demonstrable good publication track record
  • Highly motivated individual with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Able to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
