Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Real Estate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing facilities planning and operations, including capacity projection and space allocation, asset inventory management, and more.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategic space planning to efficiently manage our Real Estate portfolio.
- Oversee facilities operations, including procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of furniture, electrical, audio/visual, cabling, janitorial, plumbing, utilities, and HVAC.
- Manage headquarters, regional, and sales office expansion through the region, traveling to remote sites as needed.
- Establish and administer policies and procedures for events and coordinate activities and events with other departments.
- Oversee coordination with property management on various issues, such as building maintenance and security, safety, and HVAC needs.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in facilities or property management, preferably in a medium or large facility (ideally in excess of 50,000 square feet).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred.
