Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) professional to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in VDI managed services, Windows/Linux OS, remote desktop services, storage management, DR testing/planning, network circuit management, and load balancer configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform system operations and resource utilization at a high level of skill and proficiency.
  • Optimize system capacity analysis and planning for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain fully patched/updated/mitigated Operating System image for testing and production.
  • Collaborate with other Systems Administrators to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting the virtual computing environment.
  • Work directly with VMware VCenter Server/ESXi Hosts and VMWare Horizon View Administrator to maintain virtual client pools and virtual machines.
  • Update/remediate patching of ESXi host devices.
  • Compile the VDI Operating System image for testing and deployment to the user production environment.
