Job Overview

The role of a coordinator in the food and beverage sector involves overseeing administrative tasks across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior managers to organize back-of-house activities, including daily purchasing requirements, maintenance requests, and inventory management.
  • Manage incoming documents, department keys, petty cash, and bulletin board notices.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
  • Liaise with headquarters regarding HR matters, finance, and administrative needs.
  • Assist in submitting weekly and monthly reports to headquarters.
  • Coordinate month-end inventory procedures.
  • Attend regular service meetings to enhance service standards.
  • Address customer feedback professionally and report actions taken to senior managers.
  • Ensure safe operation of cleaning equipment and report any faults to management.
  • Monitor staff grooming standards and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum educational qualifications: 'N' or 'O' level certificates.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity, preferably 2-3 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
