Seeking a senior legal counsel to join our team and provide expert advice on investment funds.

Job Description:

As a senior legal counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds. This includes drafting offering documents, fund agreements, and regulatory filings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified lawyer with minimum of 1 or more years of experience in investment funds practice from law firms, or experience with asset management firms
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore laws and regulations applicable to investment funds
