About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Building Services Engineer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned engineer to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of building services engineering works, including maintenance, repairs, and alterations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety standards.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records to ensure operating costs are optimized.
  • Evaluate risks at workplaces during A&A activities and ensure compliance with relevant safety and statutory regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Building Services & Technology, Estate Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building services engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of M&E systems, project management principles, and risk management practices.
