Senior Building Services Engineer

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in building services engineering, with experience in planning, designing, and administering contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
  • Prepare tender drawings/specifications and cost estimates.
  • Attend project meetings, site meetings, and site inspections.
  • Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
  • Contract administration.
  • Testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, and resourceful.
