eCommerce Platform Analyst Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree holder with at least 6 years of rich hands-on experience in software development industry, around eCommerce technologies such as SAP Hybris. Strong domain experience in B2C and B2B commerce is also essential. Technical skills around Java/J2EE, Spring, REST API, Micro-services, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Web Services, SQL are required. Additionally, proficiency in SAP Hybris foundational concepts, experience and knowledge of multi-channel architecture, data modeling, data exchange and system integrations are must-haves.

The ideal candidate will lead regional eStore (Web, Shop App, 3PD) operations initiatives to support sales revenue growth. They will also lead complex strategic projects, enhancements and initiatives, including eStore (Web, Shop App, 3PD) backend operations, end-to-end process flows and optimizations. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot issues and drive them to resolution by acting as a bridge between platform team, support team, subsidiaries and other partners. Good project management skills, to be able to effectively work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects are necessary.
