Leonardo Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting to resolve system and network performance-related issues.
  • Drive continuous service improvements and work closely with the Service Delivery Team to ensure an outstanding service to all partners.
  • Work on-site on customer premises or site, including shift work.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT-based environment.
  • Fresh graduate with IT or Diploma with relevant experience may apply for an entry-level position.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux OS (i.e. Gentoo, CentOS).
  • Good knowledge of Network Protocols (802.1x, TCP/IP, VLANs) and Network Elements (Switches, Firewalls).
  • Preferably hands-on experience with Cyber Security software solutions (EPO, Antivirus).

Education/Certification:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical Engineering or equivalent field of study.
  • Any professional technical certifications commensurate with the candidate's work experience within networking and security domains.
