Job Title:
IT Specialist for Process Improvement

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT specialist to join our team as a process improvement expert. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to analyze business requirements and configure systems to meet business needs.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, mapping user journeys, and identifying key pain points. The successful candidate will prepare functional specifications and process documents, develop and run test scenarios, and track implementation progress.

Maintaining system and workflow documentation, updating the knowledge base, creating user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuring and customizing the ITSM platform, building dashboards, and generating performance reports are also key responsibilities of this role.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management and process improvement skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Analysis and Systems Administration
  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework, SQL, APIs, and process automation
  • Skilled in creating documentation including requirements, specifications, and test plans
