We are seeking a leader to join our team as an Advisory Manager. This role involves guiding and mentoring team members, reviewing their work, and developing good relationships with clients.

Advisory Manager

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about making an impact in the finance industry. As an Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for leading engagement teams to perform advisory, audit, assurance, and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients.

You will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality services and solutions. Your role will involve guiding and mentoring team members, reviewing their work, and developing good relationships with clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and people management skills. You should also be able to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.

Preferred qualifications include being a member of MIA/MICPA/ACCA/ICAEW/CPA Australia or equivalent, having at least 4 years relevant audit experience in a professional practice, and having experience in IPO-related services and audit in well-established professional services firms.

  • Lead and manage engagement teams to perform advisory, audit, assurance, and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients.
  • Guide and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Review and approve team members' work.
