We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Director, Software Development to lead our team of engineers in developing and maintaining our software platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in computer science or engineering, with at least 6 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or developer experience roles. You should have a proven track record of leading engineering teams in developer platform/enablement domains, coupled with expertise in modern programming languages (C++ and Python) and toolchains (Bazel, build tools, debugging tools, etc.). Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins), software engineering principles, and Linux environments is also essential.

Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle industry or robotics, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch, Datadog), and software development tools (Artifactory, Vault, Sonarqube) would be highly valued by our team.
