Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our service crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through warm and genuine service.

  • We are looking for individuals with at least one year of working experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in cafes or restaurants.
  • Candidates should be able to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Taking, preparing and serving food and drinks orders while operating the cash register.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in and around the workstation and adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
  • Ensuring product items are well-stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of working experience in F&B - cafes/restaurants/similar capacity
  • Able to work on weekends/public holiday
