Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality technology solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business and process analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations.
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives.
  • Work closely with software engineering teams to produce high-quality software solutions.
  • Assist in managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment.
  • Gather data insights and perform analysis to inform decision making.
  • SUPPORT Chief Operating Officer (COO) Product Managers and their interaction with business and delivery teams.
  • Actively contribute to team ceremonies and technical strategy meetings.
  • Manage and coordinate a wide range of business and technical stakeholders of all levels.
