Global Sales Strategist for Premium Spirits

The Off Premise Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring Campari's wide portfolio is effectively positioned and distributed in the right retail environment, maximizing market presence and sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Development of off-premise trade accounts
- Key account management
- Off - premise account execution capability
- Analytics of sell in and sell out
- Sales strategy development to create and implement effective off-premise sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share against competition across various retail channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors and wholesalers to enhance product visibility, awareness whilst fueling sales performance
- Conducting regular market analysis to identify trends, potential opportunities, competitive landscape and consumer preferences for strategic business growth
- Development and execute promotional plans and in store activations to drive brand awareness and product promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve outcomes
- Collaboration with marketing, supply chain and finance teams to ensure alignment of strategies and efficient execution of sales initiatives
- Provision of training and support to the sales team and retail staff on product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance customer engagement
- Drive sustainable positioning and brand equity of our global brands in line with global strategies
- Drive E commerce capability
Internal: General Manager,Supply chain functions, CCM Asia Managers, Brand Manager, Customer Service, Finance function, Brand Ambassador External: Wholesalers, Off-premise retails and chains. On/offline distributions

Requirements- Strong understanding of the Singapore retail landscape and consumer behaviour
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Relevant experience in the Spirits/Beverage industry is a plus
- Degree qualified in Business or Commerce or equivalent is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
We offer an attractive salary range of SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
