Job Overview

The Off Premise Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring Campari's wide portfolio is effectively positioned and distributed in the right retail environment, maximizing market presence and sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Development of off-premise trade accounts
  • Key account management
  • Off - premise account execution capability
  • Analytics of sell in and sell out
  • Sales strategy development to create and implement effective off-premise sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share against competition across various retail channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors and wholesalers to enhance product visibility, awareness whilst fueling sales performance
  • Conducting regular market analysis to identify trends, potential opportunities, competitive landscape and consumer preferences for strategic business growth
  • Development and execute promotional plans and in store activations to drive brand awareness and product promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve outcomes
  • Collaboration with marketing, supply chain and finance teams to ensure alignment of strategies and efficient execution of sales initiatives
  • Provision of training and support to the sales team and retail staff on product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance customer engagement
  • Drive sustainable positioning and brand equity of our global brands in line with global strategies

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore retail landscape and consumer behaviour
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Relevant experience in the Spirits/Beverage industry is a plus
  • Degree qualified in Business or Commerce or equivalent is preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Salary & Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
