Healthcare Quality Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Quality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing hospital-wide Safety Culture engagement and training programmes based on healthcare Patient Safety and Quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and operationalise hospital-wide Safety Culture engagement and training programmes
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and evaluate best practices in healthcare safety culture for implementation and scale up/spread
- Create and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, champions and advocates to inculcate a culture of safety and quality improvement
- Perform relevant data analysis and provision of insights on safety climate to facilitate hospital management decision making and action
- Facilitate or provide expert consultation for safety improvement efforts using known methodologies and relevant domain knowledge
Requirements:
- Relevant post-graduate Masters with 3 years relevant working experience OR relevant Degree/general Degree with relevant certification with 5 years of relevant working experience
- Possesses strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Project management skills to develop and lead programmes
- Facilitation and strong communication skills, written and verbal to engage staff at all levels
