Healthcare Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Healthcare Quality Assurance Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.
  • Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, and provide support for corrective actions and preventive actions.
  • Provide training and coordinate trainings for staff.
  • Register trainings into the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and run reports.
  • Assist with documentation review after operational activities.
  • Collect temperature data and monitor environmental conditions.
  • Report day-to-day activities.
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts.
  • Control administrative aspects of the facility.
  • Promote a quality culture within the organization.
  • Perform physical checks for GMP and GDP related processes.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Pharmacy or Life Sciences or relevant fields.
  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical science work experience or prior Life Science internship experience is preferable.
  • Experience with ISO 13485 standards is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GMP and/or GDP guidelines is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work well independently/with minimal supervision and with others in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Candidate must be based in Singapore and comfortable working out of our facility.
