Healthcare Quality Assurance Manager

As a key member of our organization's quality assurance team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of healthcare programs to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders to develop and implement quality assurance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Review and update guidelines/standards regularly to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Support the development and review of QA strategies for health screening programs.
- Prepare reports and provide updates on center performance, operational risks, and incident management.
- Ensure data integrity by coordinating with partners and vendors for accurate submission of data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Sciences, or other relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning and execution of health-related programs or quality assurance related work in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
